Weekend/Holiday: 2-day minimum stay.
Deposit/Rates: A deposit of the final night's tariff is requested at least one week before reservation date, unless reservation was made with a credit card guarantee. The balance of the tariff is required at check-in. Rates are subject to 5% city room tax and 5.5% state sales tax.
Cancellation: A 2 week cancellation is required for a full refund. If a cancellation notice is given less than 72 hours (7 days for holidays) previous to reservation, the deposit will be refunded if the room is re-rented. All refunds are subject to a $25 service charge.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is from 4pm to 6pm, unless special arrangements have been made. Check-out is 11am.
Incidentals: Smoking is not permitted in the guest rooms. A telephone is available for local calls in the downstairs hallway. Special arrangements are available for business, weekly or extended stay rates.
Directions: Maria's B&B is the second building on the west side of Wells Street just past Campbell Street.
